In alignment with goals of the National Development Council (NDC) to support the global expansion of Taiwanese startups, the Startup Island TAIWAN Silicon Valley Hub was established in 2025, forming a strategic bridge that connects Taiwan’s innovation strengths with global markets.
To ensure effective use of resources, the Silicon Valley Hub supports Taiwanese startups that demonstrate innovative solutions, fundraising success, or market traction by offering consultations with industry experts, investors, and mentors, plus tailored resource matchmaking, event space, and community access. These services help startups strengthen networks, refine strategies, and accelerate international growth in the U.S. and beyond.
At the same time, we also welcome international startups with ties to Taiwan, fostering two-way collaborations and mutual exchange between ecosystems.

Our members have access to our collaborative workspace in SIT Silicon Valley. We aim to create a dynamic and supportive environment for all members. Specific terms and conditions apply, and we will share these with you upon acceptance.
Community members and partners are encouraged to host community-focused events that align with our mission. The Hub also provides event space that can be reserved for such activities. If you’re interested in hosting, please contact our team for space availability and event guidelines. To help us ensure smooth coordination, we kindly ask for at least 4 weeks’ advance notice.
Our expert advisors offer personalized, one-on-one sessions tailored to the specific needs of each team, helping entrepreneurs navigate challenges throughout their startup journey. The Hub also hosts small-scale workshops on focused topics to foster practical learning.
